Segi 44 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Welcome to Segi 44. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Segi 44 ("Company", "we", "us") regarding your use of our digital entertainment platform, accessible via the website segi44.best and all associated subdomains.

By registering, logging in, or using any service provided by Segi 44, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Segi 44 platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

To register and use Segi 44's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or as a representative of any business entity.
• You have never been banned or excluded from any gambling platform on grounds of fraud, money laundering, or any other misconduct.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Segi 44. Multiple account ownership ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs within your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your login credentials.

Segi 44 supports a variety of secure deposit methods that are widely used among Malaysian users. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Segi 44 does not accept third-party deposits. Should a third-party deposit be detected, Segi 44 reserves the right to freeze the funds pending investigation.

Segi 44 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms and procedures apply to all members:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 per day (subject to account tier and verification status).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet.
• Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 7–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals via FPX may take up to 1–3 business days, depending on the bank concerned.
• Segi 44 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.

All bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled. Please refer to Section 6 for further details on bonus terms.

Segi 44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are typically between 10x to 30x bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Duplicate accounts or members who register using another person's details are not eligible for any bonus.
• Segi 44 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including bonus arbitrage or low-risk gameplay intended solely to meet wagering requirements.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective offer — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit.
• Should an account be closed or restricted before wagering requirements are met, all associated bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at all Segi 44 game tables:

• Use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for personal gain.
• Any form of fraud, intimidation, or harassment directed at other players or Segi 44 staff.

Segi 44 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that continuously monitors gaming activity. Any account suspected of fraudulent conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

Sports betting-specific requirements:

• For postponed or cancelled matches, all bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.

Segi 44 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gaming activity on our platform. All betting outcomes carry inherent risk, and users are solely responsible for their own gaming decisions.

Segi 44 is also not liable for:
